As Director of Business Systems & Revenue Technology, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of CRM, marketing, CPQ, and integration systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational rigor.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a unified GTM technology roadmap with clear ownership, governance, and cost discipline
- Lead the end-to-end migration to Salesforce, ensuring strong adoption, stability, and measurable service-level agreements
- Design and maintain a seamless integration between Salesforce and HubSpot, enabling trusted data flow into the data warehouse
- Implement AI-driven workflows to reduce manual effort and accelerate insight delivery across frontline teams
- Build and lead a high-performing team, establishing a Center of Excellence for GTM systems
- Enforce a modern operating model with CI/CD practices, release discipline, service catalogs, and defined SLOs
- Develop vendor partnerships with clear accountability, performance tracking, and demonstrated ROI
- Ensure data integrity through automated controls, reconciliation processes, and quality monitoring
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading GTM technology strategy and execution at scale
- Track record in delivering complex system migrations, particularly involving Salesforce and HubSpot
- Deep technical expertise in CRM, marketing automation, and data integration architectures
- Experience managing technical teams and SDLC processes with a founder-oriented mindset
- Strong ability to improve system reliability, reduce incident rates, and maintain high data freshness
- Success in driving automation initiatives that enhance frontline productivity
- Skilled in stakeholder collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Care
- Experience establishing service-level agreements, intake processes, and operational frameworks
