Zendesk was looking for a Director, Leadership Development

Comcast is looking for a Director, Leadership Development to act as the architect of leadership transformation across our global ranks. Based in Willow Grove, you will build what doesn't yet exist, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the CPO and executive stakeholders to fundamentally rethink leadership through velocity, adaptability, and business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Own the global leadership agenda, integrating it with the company's growth trajectory and organizational ambition.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and senior leaders to spot risk and opportunity, building breakthrough solutions that shift outcomes.
  • Translate complexity into clarity for Board and C-Suite, using data to provoke action.
  • Imagine, design, and deploy bold, globally scalable leadership development experiences.
  • Own full-cycle program execution with precision and agility.
  • Treat measurement as a leadership discipline: test, learn, adapt, scale.
  • Stay on the pulse of emerging trends, feedback, and disruption to use as fuel.

  • Strategic edge combined with operational depth.
  • Data fluency to measure what matters and pivot with purpose.

  • An adaptive leader who thrives in motion and change.
  • Global agility, having led initiatives across borders, cultures, and worldviews.
  • Willingness to travel as part of the role.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $166,000.00-$250,000.00
