Kariera w Pekao - Bank Polska S.A. is hiring a DevOps Engineer whose primary goal is to design, develop, and maintain a modern internal developer platform. This platform enables teams to deliver software quickly, securely, and repeatably. The role combines responsibility for architecture, automation, and the stability of cloud and container environments.
What You'll Do
- Build and develop the internal developer platform (Platform Engineering).
- Develop and maintain application infrastructure (RKE2, GKE, AKS, other cloud services).
- Construct solutions based on public and private cloud.
- Design and automate CI/CD processes.
- Create scripts to automate administrative tasks.
- Monitor systems and applications.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on work with Kubernetes (installation, configuration, management – CKA/CKAD level).
- Managing infrastructure using the Infrastructure as Code model (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with public cloud (Azure and/or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Containerd).
- CI/CD automation and an "Everything as Code" approach (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm, Kustomize, JFrog).
- Knowledge of Git-based version control systems.
- Linux system administration.
- Experience building or using a system for monitoring infrastructure and applications with tools like Prometheus and Grafana, ELK, etc.
- Knowledge of at least one scripting language: Python or Bash.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with solutions like: Nginx, Istio, Kyverno, HashiCorp Vault, Hazelcast.
