Responsibilities
- Act as a hands‑on SME, architecting end‑to‑end BI solutions from raw data and semantic models through to final dashboards
- Design, build, optimize, and maintain Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and visualizations using strong data modeling best practices
- Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting, validate data accuracy, and ensure high‑performance, scalable solutions
- Translate business requirements into intuitive analytics, implementing row‑level security, governance standards, and performance tuning
- Partner closely with stakeholders to drive data‑driven decision‑making, troubleshoot issues, and serve as a trusted technical advisor with opportunities to mentor and grow into a lead role

Requirements
- 5 years' experience in Architecting solutions
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Experience with data modeling concepts (star schema, normalization, relationships). Ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate insights effectively
- Familiarity with version control and deployment processes. Stakeholder engagement
