Xsolla is looking for a Developer Experience Director to lead the vision and execution of our internal development platform. You will be responsible for creating an environment where engineering teams can build, deploy, and operate software with maximum efficiency and velocity.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the strategic vision for developer experience, tooling, and internal platforms.
- Lead the design and implementation of self-service developer workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.
- Establish metrics and feedback loops to measure and continuously improve developer productivity and satisfaction.
- Advocate for engineering best practices, standardization, and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to align platform capabilities with product and business goals.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or developer tooling.
- 3+ years in a leadership role focused on developer experience, platform, or infrastructure.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale internal developer platforms.
- Deep technical understanding of modern CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and software delivery lifecycles.
- Strong analytical skills to define KPIs and measure the impact of developer experience initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with engineering teams.
