Shape the future of digital interfaces as a Senior Designer, UI, where design meets strategy across omnichannel ecosystems. You’ll define visual language, drive consistency, and elevate user experiences through scalable design systems that align with both brand integrity and user needs.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and governance of design systems to ensure cohesive, reusable UI components across platforms.
- Design intuitive digital experiences for web, mobile, and new technologies, balancing usability, aesthetics, and business objectives.
- Work alongside UX designers, product teams, engineers, and copywriters to create seamless end-to-end journeys.
- Translate complex requirements into clear, functional interfaces using wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Map cross-channel user flows to maintain continuity between digital and physical touchpoints.
- Prototype rapidly to test interactions, refine flows, and validate concepts with real users.
- Champion accessibility, consistency, and design best practices across teams and projects.
- Present design rationale to stakeholders, grounding decisions in user research, brand values, and strategic goals.
- Support usability testing and apply insights to improve interface effectiveness.
- Help evolve internal design standards and mentor junior team members to strengthen collective craft.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in digital product design with a strong focus on user interface work.
- A portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across responsive and app-based environments.
- Deep knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Experience with component-based design systems and modern workflows.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with adaptability to new tools.
- Ability to distill complexity into clear, elegant experiences.
- Strong organizational skills, precision in execution, and reliability in delivery.
- Collaborative mindset with effective communication across disciplines.
- Ownership of projects from concept through launch, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
