Responsibilities
- Design and deliver user-centric solutions for Simplii Core Applications and back-office call centre tools.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively, conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data insights.
- Ensure designs meet WCAG accessibility standards and are optimized for usability and scalability.
- Work with the design system team to expand and refine components for internal tools.
- Advocate for a human-centered design approach and champion user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with process engineering, development, and design teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to incorporate user insights into the design process, to deliver high-quality, audience-first content.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable design requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities and fostering collaboration to achieve business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, effectively communicating insights, managing expectations, and driving consensus across cross-functional teams at varying levels in the organization.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years work experience in UX/UI design for software applications, with a focus on internal tools or enterprise applications.
- 4 to 6 years of work experience and excellent proficiency using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, strong understanding of user-centered design principles, inclusive design, and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
- 4 to 6 years of work experience designing for responsive web applications, familiarity with iOS/Android design patterns and a proven track record of delivering impactful user experiences.
