Responsibilities
- Act as the primary expert for print and design quality in enterprise packaging projects involving cartons, labels, and instructional content.
- Examine and verify artwork files for precision, uniformity, and suitability for commercial printing, including visual elements, color accuracy, coatings, materials, and structural layouts.
- Offer technical advice and support to internal and external design teams on optimal printing techniques, materials, and digital file preparation.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Enterprise Packaging Design to define and uphold quality benchmarks, best practices, and scalable design strategies.
- Identify and resolve visual design issues quickly in coordination with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Engage with Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, Packaging Engineering, and Operations teams to align on enterprise goals and project schedules.
- Support the improvement of workflows, digital systems, and tools to increase efficiency, minimize revisions, and enhance overall packaging quality.
- Adjust priorities effectively in response to evolving business demands and organizational objectives.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, procedural guidelines, and data security requirements in all assigned tasks.
