Responsibilities
- Configuring Data Security Solutions like the enterprise Data Loss Prevention System
- Translating business requirements into secure data controls using technical capabilities
- Overseeing the configuration of DLP environments in a heterogeneous global environment
- Participating in Data Access Governance Program development
- Assisting in administering the Data Access Governance Program
- Supervising and mentoring junior analysts on the team
- Interfacing with internal customers, stakeholders and support teams including Legal, Data Protection, IT Operations and Engineering
- Working with vendors to support different security technologies
- Configuration of security tools including policies, response rules, and notifications
- Collaborating with Monitor & Response team to analyze alerts and tune system configurations
- Following incident response process through event escalations
- Working with senior-level stakeholders in Risk Management, Compliance & Data Protection
- Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical controls
- Working within and alongside diverse, global and virtual teams
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of security controls: data classification, data labeling and data loss
- 2-3 years of experience in one or more of the following: Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Technology support and Event Handling, Information Security concepts related to Governance, Risk & Compliance, Supporting Information Security Technology
- English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
- Exceptional judgement, tact and decision-making ability

Compensation
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $76,400 to $138,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $91,700 to $157,500.
