About the Role
The intern will assist in developing data-driven solutions by applying analytical techniques to real-world datasets and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collect and organize large sets of structured and unstructured data
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends
- Support the development of predictive models using statistical methods
- Collaborate with team members on data processing pipelines
- Clean and preprocess data from multiple sources
- Assist in validating model accuracy and performance metrics
- Create visualizations to communicate insights effectively
- Document analytical methods and results clearly
- Use programming languages for data manipulation and analysis
- Participate in team meetings and project planning sessions
- Research new techniques in machine learning and data science
- Present findings to non-technical audiences
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout analysis
- Follow data governance and security protocols
- Contribute to version-controlled code repositories
- Work with databases and query languages to extract information
- Apply statistical tests to validate hypotheses
- Support automation of reporting processes
- Identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
- Maintain organized project documentation
