Drive data strategy for product and marketing by transforming complex data into meaningful insights. In this role, you'll define and manage core business metrics that inform company-wide objectives, ensuring alignment across teams and initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain critical KPIs that track progress against company goals
- Lead quarterly deep-dive analyses focused on revenue expansion and user growth
- Respond to time-sensitive analytical requests from cross-functional teams
- Build and update interactive dashboards in Periscope to monitor operational performance
- Collaborate with product and engineering to design experiments and evaluate impact
- Translate business questions into structured data investigations
- Deliver clear visualizations and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Enhance matching effectiveness using statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
- Champion a culture where data guides decisions at every level
- Focus relentlessly on high-impact priorities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in SQL with a track record of writing efficient queries
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for automating analytical workflows
