About the Role We seek an analytical professional skilled at transforming data into strategic insights and operational enhancements. This position involves designing tracking mechanisms, streamlining workflows, and converting complex data into clear, impactful recommendations to drive team decision-making and organizational effectiveness. What You'll Do - Become a specialized expert in operational tracking, process optimization, and data analysis - Construct scalable tracking systems using SQL/Snowflake and Python to automate manual processes - Evaluate operational data to detect inefficiencies and propose strategic improvements - Create comprehensive dashboards and reports delivering data-driven insights for stakeholders - Synthesize intricate data into strategic takeaways informing business strategy What You Bring - Advanced SQL and Snowflake capabilities for structured and semi-structured data processing - Demonstrated expertise in navigating nested JSON and extracting meaningful insights - Proficiency in data visualization and reporting technologies - Capacity to translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences Bonus Points - Experience in process automation and Python-based reporting - Strong background in operational tracking and workflow optimization Applicants must be based in the United States.
