Drips is looking for a Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable business insights. In this role, you will focus on designing, building, and iterating on Tableau dashboards to support strategic decisions.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver Tableau dashboards by collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, create wireframes, and meet business needs.
- Write and maintain SQL for reporting, including reviewing and optimizing queries for dashboards and ad hoc analyses.
- Communicate data requirements by translating business questions into clear data needs and working with Data Engineering and IT.
- Support data quality and governance by QAing work, documenting key metrics and logic, and contributing to a culture of reliable reporting.
- Learn and grow by developing technical and business skills alongside senior team members on projects.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or entry-level Data Analyst role.
- Proficiency with Tableau (or similar BI tools) and a solid grasp of SQL for querying and transforming data.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate clearly with technical requirements.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs.
