Interview Kickstart is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Junior Analyst to join our team. You will have a strong background in data analytics and will be responsible for generating actionable insights into business performance and user journeys.
What You'll Do
- Extract, analyze, and manipulate data from diverse sources such as Hubspot, BigQuery, and Google Sheets.
- Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries to extract actionable insights and power dashboards, automations, and business workflows.
- Utilize data visualization tools like Data Studio to present intricate data insights in a clear and impactful way.
- Vigilantly monitor and uphold the integrity and accuracy of data throughout the organization.
- Lead initiatives to evaluate, improve, and streamline data processes and workflows.
- Monitor and validate the proper functioning of registration processes, workflows, and data flows.
- Analyze performance across digital marketing channels to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a data analyst role, with a proven track record of handling data projects.
- Proficiency in data tools and platforms such as Data Studio, BigQuery, GA4, and Hubspot.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep curiosity and passion for data.
- Proven experience in managing multiple data sources and integrating them to provide comprehensive insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in maintaining data integrity, with a keen eye for identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.
