About the Role

The role involves delivering high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking users of a digital health platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Danish via email and phone
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to the health platform
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams with clear documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Assist in translating user feedback into actionable insights
  • Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure timely closure
  • Support onboarding of new users in Denmark
  • Provide input for improving user guides and FAQs
  • Monitor system alerts and notify technical staff when needed
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards in all communications
  • Work closely with product teams to report bugs and suggest enhancements
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Adapt support strategies based on user behavior trends
  • Handle sensitive health-related data with confidentiality
  • Meet performance metrics for response and resolution times
  • Contribute to knowledge base development in Danish
  • Stay updated on platform updates and new features
  • Act as a cultural liaison for Danish-speaking users
  • Support multilingual coordination within the customer service team
  • Promote a positive user experience across all touchpoints
