Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product functionality and performance
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment in the field
  • Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs
  • Document service activities and outcomes in company systems
  • Communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Follow safety protocols during field operations
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
  • Support training initiatives for customers on product use
  • Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate with logistics for parts and tool availability
  • Adhere to service level agreements and response time targets
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on field observations
  • Participate in on-call rotations as required
  • Travel to customer sites within assigned region
  • Use mobile tools for real-time service reporting
  • Maintain professional conduct during customer engagements
  • Track inventory of service tools and replacement parts
  • Assist in audits and quality assurance reviews
