As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping mobile developers and marketers across China and Asia get the most out of our platform. You’ll work directly with clients to improve their understanding of attribution, campaign performance, and reporting tools, enabling them to make smarter, data-driven decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support in Mandarin to help customers adopt and master platform features.
- Diagnose technical challenges, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and marketing teams.
- Identify opportunities for renewals and expansion by building trusted, long-term relationships.
- Collaborate on creating guides, tutorials, and resources tailored to Chinese-speaking users.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field—strong analytical candidates just starting out are encouraged to apply.
- 1–2 years of experience in mobile user acquisition, ad tech, app publishing, or client-facing roles.
- Native Mandarin fluency and strong English communication skills.
- Comfort interpreting dashboards, metrics, and performance data to guide customer strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly under pressure.
Nice to Have
- Background in mobile game publishing or UA for apps.
- Familiarity with MMPs like AppsFlyer, or platforms such as TikTok Ads, Facebook, or Unity.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying.
- Experience explaining technical concepts—like APIs, SDKs, and attribution models—to non-technical audiences.
