Rackspace is seeking a Customer Success Associate I to support our customers and help them achieve their goals with our services. You will be an integral part of our customer-focused team.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of customers
  • Drive product adoption and deliver value through regular check-ins and reviews

This is a hybrid position. Candidates are welcome from Mexico City, Aguascalientes (Remote), Jalisco (Remote), Mexico City (Remote), Puebla (Remote), Nuevo Leon (Remote), and Queretaro (Remote).
