- Acts as a research specialist within the team, offering expert advice on methods that support business goals.
- Provides strategic input to marketing teams, stakeholders, and external research partners by understanding business challenges and shaping studies that yield practical consumer and market insights.
- Combines qualitative and quantitative data from diverse sources to produce clear, actionable, and business-oriented recommendations.
- Plans and carries out research projects independently or with agency partners using a variety of research tools and techniques.
- Presents findings and strategic opportunities to executive leadership to guide decision-making and influence direction.
- Assesses new developments and patterns in market research methodologies.
- Reviews historical research, secondary data, and external sources to build foundational knowledge and refine the focus of upcoming studies.
- Collaborates as a strategic advisor to suggest research approaches, interpret findings, and recommend next steps based on in-depth knowledge of business and market areas.
- Builds strong understanding of business units and categories to align research outcomes with partner goals and organizational objectives.
- Plans and executes qualitative and quantitative studies to uncover unmet needs and generate statistically sound insights into customer behaviors, attitudes, and preferences.
- Guides relationships with research agencies and ensures high-quality, insightful outputs featuring narrative-rich analysis.
- Creates and delivers compelling, story-based presentations with focused, business-relevant recommendations grounded in industry and operational context.
