Responsibilities
- Engage with memory clients to learn about market trends and their technological direction, product development plans, and manufacturing schedules
- Address customer inquiries, challenges, and feedback from an engineering and technical standpoint
- Develop and manage action plans to resolve customer-related technical issues efficiently
- Work closely with internal engineering, quality assurance, packaging, and failure analysis teams to meet customer expectations
