Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors was looking for a Creative Operations Manager (Remote - US)

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Creative Operations Manager to lead and optimize the operational backbone of our growing creative team. In this remote role, you will focus on streamlining workflows, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring high-quality creative deliverables are completed on time and on budget.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects, including digital campaigns, social content, video, and print.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the primary point of contact for creative, marketing, and external partners.
  • Oversee resource management and capacity planning for internal and external talent to optimize team efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and document scalable workflows and processes to improve clarity and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, proactively addressing risks and blockers.
  • Lead project kickoffs, creative reviews, and postmortems to ensure accountability and alignment.
  • Ensure all creative output meets project goals, brand standards, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and external resources.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or resource management.
  • Proven experience managing digital-first campaigns.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, Adobe Creative Cloud, Slack).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track performance, refine systems, and optimize workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to keep teams aligned without slowing down work.
  • Deep understanding of agency-style workflows, timelines, and team dynamics.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
  • Calm, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to managing complexity and deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience preferably in an agency or in-house creative environment.
  • Additional experience in video and print.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Competitive base salary: $105,000–$131,000 depending on location and experience.
