Responsibilities
- Create, assess, and revise safety content policies and guidance documents to ensure clarity and usability for internal teams such as safety modelers and content reviewers.
- Use documentation systems to monitor the development, revisions, and evolving requirements of content policies, maintaining thorough records throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Keep the internal and external policy repository current and well-organized, ensuring policies are easy to access and navigate.
- Design content policies that address multiple formats, prioritizing high-harm categories such as violent content, image-based abuse, and child sexual exploitation material.
- Evaluate and classify samples of potentially harmful content to inform policy improvements and refine definitions of harm.
