As a Content Management Specialist, you will lead the creation and evolution of learning content that reaches diverse audiences across multiple platforms. Your work will bridge instructional design and practical application, transforming foundational program materials into structured, reusable assets that support onboarding, compliance, product proficiency, and role-based training.
What You’ll Do
- Design and produce content in various formats, including SCORM modules, video scripts, job aids, and knowledge base entries
- Apply principles of learning science to improve engagement, knowledge retention, and real-world performance
- Establish and maintain content standards, templates, and brand-aligned style guidelines
- Ensure all materials meet accessibility requirements and are compatible with SCORM and LMS platforms
- Break down content into modular components to support reuse and adaptation across teams and formats
- Integrate AI-powered tools and automation to streamline development and increase output quality
- Work closely with Program Managers to align content with defined learning outcomes and success metrics
- Partner with Learning Consultants to adapt specialized materials for broader deployment
- Use learner feedback and analytics to refine and improve content over time
- Oversee the translation process to ensure accurate, high-quality localized versions of English content
