Responsibilities
- Lead on-site installation and setup of diagnostic instrumentation
- Perform system calibration and functional verification procedures
- Validate equipment performance against technical specifications
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration issues
- Document commissioning processes and test results accurately
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during deployment
- Coordinate with project managers and field teams on timelines
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during system startup
- Provide technical feedback to engineering teams for product improvements
- Support customer training during system handover
- Verify network and connectivity configurations for device integration
- Review engineering drawings and installation plans
- Maintain accurate service records and commissioning logs
- Adhere to regulatory requirements for medical device deployment
- Respond to customer inquiries during commissioning phase
- Assess site readiness prior to equipment installation
- Execute validation protocols including IQ/OQ documentation
- Monitor system performance during initial operation
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to appropriate support teams
- Ensure all safety checks are completed before system activation
- Assist in developing standardized commissioning procedures
- Work with cross-functional teams to align on project goals
- Deliver post-installation reports to stakeholders
- Maintain awareness of product updates and field modifications
- Support remote diagnostics and troubleshooting when needed
