Valatam was looking for a Cold Caller (Remote)

Valatam is looking for a Cold Caller (Remote) to prospect and contact potential clients with the goal of scheduling discovery calls for our sales team. This fully remote role requires meeting a weekly KPI of generating 5 qualified sales calls.

What You'll Do

  • Add 40 vetted leads daily to personalized outreach sequences in Apollo.io.
  • Make 100 phone calls daily.
  • Conduct high-touch manual outreach and follow-ups via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Keep Hubspot CRM updated.
  • Track daily activities in a scorecard.
  • Participate in daily huddles and weekly feedback sessions.
  • Experiment with Facebook and Twitter outreach.
  • Engage in community and awareness building (e.g., responding on Quora, LinkedIn, blog posts).
  • Attend sales huddles and training sessions.

What We're Looking For

  • C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills with a neutral accent.
  • Experience with Hubspot and apollo.io or similar tools.
  • 1+ years of BDR and sales cold-calling experience to set appointments.
  • Independent, problem-solving, adaptable, and strong communication skills.
  • A genuine love for cold-calling and the art of selling.
  • A quiet home office with a desk and chair.
  • Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.
  • A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, 50GB free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.
  • Access to a backup place of work in case of power/internet failure and a secondary backup internet option.
