Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain cloud service infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure platforms.
- Work closely with distributed cloud operations teams to sustain continuous service delivery.
- Diagnose and resolve production-level infrastructure and application issues, including follow-up on identified incidents.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for systemic problems.
- Partner with external vendors and internal development and QA teams to prevent and resolve service disruptions.
- Support deployment of new releases, system maintenance, and cloud migration initiatives.
- Improve scalability and service uptime through process refinement, automation, performance tuning, and tooling.
- Assess service performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Enhance monitoring systems for greater accuracy, efficiency, and coverage.
- Contribute to cloud security and compliance initiatives to meet industry standards.
