About the Role
As a Clinical Specialist, you will execute a crucial function in guaranteeing precision and uniformity within clinical trial evaluations. Your core responsibilities encompass examining rating scales, assessing assessment quality, and delivering immediate feedback to evaluators. You will additionally engage in training and calibration sessions, execute simulated interviews, and support communication initiatives to maintain data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in orientation, training, and calibration activities
- Review case documentation and prepare for evaluator discussions
- Execute scheduled evaluator interactions and provide methodological scoring guidance
- Accomplish assigned tasks and submit documentation precisely and punctually
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (or equivalent). MD, DO, or PhD preferred
- Experience:
- 3+ years administering psychiatric assessments and structured clinical interviews
- 3+ years clinical experience with psychiatric populations
- 3+ years administering scales in clinical research trials
- CNS trial experience advantageous
- Skills:
- Superior interpersonal and communication capabilities
- Exceptional organizational prowess and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications
Language Requirement
