Vida Health is seeking a Clinical Quality Assurance Manager to ensure clinical quality and safety across our digital health platform. This role is central to maintaining our standards of care and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage the clinical quality assurance program for Vida’s digital health services
- Monitor and audit clinical processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead investigations into clinical quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Partner with clinical, product, and engineering teams to embed quality principles into platform development
- Report on quality metrics and performance to leadership
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in clinical quality assurance, clinical operations, or healthcare compliance
- Proven track record developing and implementing quality management systems in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven quality improvement
- Ability to communicate complex clinical and compliance concepts to cross-functional teams
