The Client Service Analyst is responsible for delivering direct support to customers by guiding them through onboarding, answering questions, and resolving challenges in real time. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person support by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and collecting actionable feedback for product and service improvement
- Lead training sessions and awareness efforts to increase product adoption and customer engagement
- Guide new clients through onboarding, customizing setup to meet individual needs and goals

Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer success, service, or a related field
