JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring a Client Service Analyst

The Client Service Analyst is responsible for delivering direct support to customers by guiding them through onboarding, answering questions, and resolving challenges in real time. This role ensures clients feel confident using products by providing clear, tailored guidance during setup and ongoing use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-person support by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and collecting actionable feedback for product and service improvement
  • Lead training sessions and awareness efforts to increase product adoption and customer engagement
  • Guide new clients through onboarding, customizing setup to meet individual needs and goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align support activities with local priorities and events

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer success, service, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly and effectively
  • Experience troubleshooting basic technology issues and guiding users through solutions
  • Proficiency with virtual communication platforms and digital tools
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • High attention to detail and a professional demeanor

Work Environment

Compensation
