About the Role

This role focuses on delivering exceptional support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high service standards through clear communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues
  • Guide clients through platform features and tools
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Escalate technical problems to appropriate teams
  • Ensure compliance with service protocols
  • Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure resolution
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on recurring issues
  • Assist in onboarding new clients
  • Monitor service metrics and performance indicators
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
  • Identify opportunities to improve client processes
  • Adhere to data privacy and security standards
  • Support clients during system updates or outages
  • Document client communications thoroughly
  • Meet service level agreements for response and resolution times
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills
  • Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism
