About the Role

The Chief of Staff will act as a key advisor and operator, bridging strategy and execution by managing critical projects, improving cross-functional communication, and supporting long-term organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate strategic planning efforts across departments
  • Facilitate communication between executive leadership and operational teams
  • Lead high-priority initiatives from conception to completion
  • Analyze business performance and recommend operational improvements

  • Track key performance indicators and report on progress

  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration on major goals
  • Develop and maintain executive-level presentations and reports
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
  • Act as a liaison during mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships
  • Ensure alignment between short-term actions and long-term vision
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for strategic objectives
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitive landscape
  • Support leadership on change management initiatives
  • Organize and lead executive meetings and retreats
  • Maintain documentation of strategic decisions and action items
  • Evaluate new business opportunities and growth areas
  • Assist in talent development and leadership planning
  • Monitor external regulatory and industry developments
