Responsibilities
- Oversee the executive's schedule, email, travel logistics, and meeting readiness
- Filter and prioritize incoming messages and requests
- Ensure the executive remains informed, prepared, and focused on high-impact priorities
- Serve as a bridge between the executive and internal departments
- Monitor action items, follow-ups, and decisions from meetings
- Promote ownership and progress on critical projects
- Coordinate interactions with investors, partners, and media contacts
- Prepare and refine written communications, presentations, and briefing materials
- Represent the organization with professionalism and confidentiality
- Lead ad hoc strategic assignments such as fundraising coordination, hiring support, and event planning
- Develop internal processes for communication, record-keeping, and decision tracking
- Identify operational gaps and implement proactive solutions
