This role leads channel partner development across the Gulf Region, Iran, and Pakistan to strengthen market presence and revenue growth for a comprehensive histopathology and tissue diagnostics portfolio. Reporting to the Middle East Senior Sales Manager and based in Dubai, the position requires proactive management of distributor relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement regional strategies to expand market share and revenue across product lines including Advanced Staining, Core Histology, and Pathology Imaging.
- Manage end-to-end partner performance by monitoring sales pipelines, revenue outcomes, and win rates, with a focus on identifying and resolving performance gaps.
- Build long-term loyalty within the healthcare ecosystem by fostering trusted relationships with key accounts and promoting brand advocacy.
- Deliver technical and commercial presentations directly to end users, including histopathologists and laboratory decision-makers, to support adoption of diagnostic solutions.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Care teams to ensure partner needs inform internal planning and service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or business discipline and bring at least five years of experience in channel partner management within a diagnostic or life sciences environment. A solid understanding of histopathology workflows and the ability to engage scientifically with laboratory professionals are essential. Strong consultative selling skills, financial literacy, and experience managing complex sales cycles are required. Fluency in English is mandatory, along with readiness for frequent regional travel—exceeding 60% of working time. Prior experience in histopathology or tissue diagnostics is highly valued.
