Qode is seeking an R&D Manager to lead research and development initiatives within the food industry. This role will be based at our operations in Chachoengsao, Thailand.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage R&D projects focused on food product development and innovation
- Design and execute experimental plans to improve existing products and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into scalable production
- Manage the R&D budget, timelines, and resource allocation for projects
- Ensure all R&D activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an R&D leadership role within the food industry
- Strong technical knowledge of food science, product development, and manufacturing processes
- Experience managing a team of scientists, engineers, or technicians
- Ability to develop project plans, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

This is an onsite position based at our facility in Chachoengsao, Chachoengsao, Thailand.
