Responsibilities

- Develop models to forecast team capacity and hiring needs
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand team growth plans
- Monitor key performance indicators related to team utilization
- Translate business goals into measurable workforce planning targets
- Identify trends in hiring and team expansion
- Create reports that track capacity against operational demands
- Support budget planning with headcount projections
- Evaluate the impact of organizational changes on team structure
- Use data to recommend adjustments in staffing levels
- Maintain up-to-date capacity dashboards for leadership review
- Partner with HR and finance teams on planning cycles
- Assess efficiency of current team configurations
- Provide insights on time-to-hire and onboarding timelines
- Track progress toward hiring goals
- Identify bottlenecks in team resourcing
- Support scenario planning for different growth paths
- Ensure alignment between hiring plans and business priorities
- Conduct regular reviews of team capacity metrics
- Communicate planning insights to stakeholders
