Responsibilities
- Apply in-depth knowledge of service operations and enterprise systems to design and refine business workflows that improve performance and support innovation.
- Assess user requirements and translate them into actionable system solutions using established standards and methodologies.
- Investigate operational disruptions to identify underlying causes and advise the development team on corrective actions.
- Deliver day-to-day functional support to service teams using business applications.
- Support the upkeep of critical master data including customer, pricing, and material records.
- Manage system configuration tables and settings to ensure data integrity and process accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues and shape future system requirements for enhancements.
- Track, diagnose, and resolve system problems reported by users, escalating when necessary.
- Analyze performance metrics and workflows to propose improvements that increase productivity without compromising quality.
- Define and document user needs, functional designs, and testing strategies for system changes.
- Lead integration and user acceptance testing efforts and support adoption of updated processes.
- Develop and update training materials for business process procedures.
- Deliver system and process training to end users to ensure effective utilization.
- Maintain documented standard operating procedures and reference guides for core operations.
- Establish and promote standardized best practices across business process implementations.
