PolicyMe was looking for a Business Development Representative (Remote)

PolicyMe is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team and play a key role in expanding our market reach. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to fuel our growth.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect for and generate new qualified leads through strategic outreach
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential business opportunities
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to assess fit and identify client needs
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in our CRM system

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in a business development, sales development, or similar outbound role
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation and activity targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
