Position OverviewLead business development and customer success initiatives across a multi-state region with a focus on Florida markets including Tampa, Miami, and Orlando. This role is central to expanding membership and deepening client engagement within the senior living and behavioral health industries through strategic account management and consultative growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new members using a consultative sales approach, leveraging outreach methods such as networking, LinkedIn engagement, industry events, webinars, and reactivation of lapsed accounts.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, focusing on increasing contracted spend, identifying new service opportunities, and enhancing overall engagement.
- Serve as the primary contact for executive stakeholders, including C-suite and director-level leaders, fostering trusted partnerships that support long-term strategic goals.
- Deliver clear, data-driven value by aligning service offerings with client priorities, cost-saving objectives, and operational needs.
- Conduct in-person client business reviews to assess performance, address challenges, and identify growth pathways, ensuring sustained satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze purchasing patterns and utilization data to uncover savings opportunities, optimize procurement strategies, and strengthen contract adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, resolve implementation issues, and confirm successful program activation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline progress, and provide reliable forecasting insights.
- Represent the organization at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads and gather market intelligence.
- Monitor competitive trends, industry shifts, and emerging segments to inform business development strategies and uncover new revenue potential.
- Prepare and present customized demonstrations that highlight cost savings, operational efficiencies, and strategic advantages of the full contract portfolio.
- Ensure timely processing of membership documentation and coordinate contract activation workflows.
- Follow up on action items from client meetings, documenting outcomes and driving accountability.
- Submit and manage expenses in compliance with company guidelines.
Work Location
This is a locally based role serving the Tampa, Miami, and Orlando regions. Regular in-person client engagement is expected, with travel throughout the territory as needed.
