Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for a Business Analyst to join a collaborative team driving critical data initiatives for financial systems within a large-scale enterprise environment. You will gather and analyze business requirements, support reporting systems, and contribute to the evolution of a robust data warehouse while bridging the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and modifications.
- Develop business requirement documents, user stories, and related documentation.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to design and implement data warehouse improvements.
- Conduct system testing including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and demos.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and alignment.
- Provide on-call support as needed, depending on the project phase.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong command of SQL and hands-on experience with system reporting tools.
- Proven experience in systems testing (unit, integration, UAT).
- Solid background in Agile software development methodologies.
- Must be located in the state of Texas.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data warehouse applications, database reporting features, and Jira.
- Background in project and/or product management.
