Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and tracking of multiple projects with varying scope and complexity
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups, including application development, IT operations, and cybersecurity, to support seamless project execution
- Engage with subject matter experts to define and implement user acceptance testing strategies
- Document, maintain, and communicate changes to project requirements, risks, and issues
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to gather and refine business, functional, and technical needs
- Ensure all requirements documentation is current and accessible
