Responsibilities
- Generate monthly sales forecasts segmented by product, sales channel, retail chain, and sales representative
- Assist in refining sales projections and pinpoint SKU-level performance trends, including overperformance and underperformance
- Produce and maintain monthly presentation materials for Key Account Managers
- Design standardized templates and reporting tools for business performance reviews and sales strategy planning
- Evaluate year-to-date sales against budget and prior year figures to uncover potential growth areas
- Track and assess sales performance during key seasonal campaigns such as Halloween, Back-to-School, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Easter
- Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, HR, and Finance, as well as external partners like Buyers and Category Managers
- Perform additional duties as directed by leadership
