As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in advancing public health services by evaluating business needs and shaping technology-driven solutions. You'll work alongside experienced analysts to assess system requirements, support project milestones, and contribute to process improvements using proven methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimizing business operations and delivering client-focused recommendations.
- Support planning and execution for small to medium-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with established goals.
- Analyze and interpret technical documentation to ensure solutions meet functional requirements and project objectives.
- Contribute to the design of standardized business processes using structured approaches and assist in developing actionable recommendations.
- Take part in technical reviews to confirm that proposed changes are consistently implemented throughout project phases.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability across initiatives.
- Develop proficiency in key software tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and MS Access to strengthen analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience bridging IT systems with business functions in an organizational setting.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and information analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Access, and SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, with the capacity to collaborate in team settings as well as work independently.

Compensation
Salary range: $47,500 – $67,900 per year
