Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to design and implement new backend and full-stack functionalities that expand platform capabilities.
- Build and maintain integrations with applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools, and video conferencing platforms, while delivering custom features and supporting complex deployments for enterprise clients.
- Enhance scheduling, calendar, and video integration workflows by introducing new methods for collecting scheduling data via calendar templates or ATS connections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly to maintain system stability and performance.
- Strengthen the efficiency and dependability of systems involved in scheduling, recording, transcription, and AI processing.
- Partner with the support team to identify recurring issues and implement engineering solutions that reduce support load and improve usability.
Compensation
$65,000 to $85,000 annually
