Responsibilities
- Own EXUS brand positioning and narrative across all channels
- Lead brand awareness initiatives and campaigns
- Create and manage LinkedIn content strategy (company + leadership)
- Develop thought leadership content: Articles, interviews, PR pieces
- Videos, podcasts, and industry commentary
- Manage PR activities and external publications
- Position EXUS experts as industry thought leaders
- Drive employer branding initiatives: Cultural storytelling
- Talent attraction content
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing on campaigns and approvals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Management, or any other related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS
- Proven experience owning brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Brand marketing experience
- Strong content and storytelling skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple initiatives in parallel
- Experience with LinkedIn and executive-level positioning
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
Nice to Have
- A Master’s degree would be considered a plus.
