Lead and shape recruitment strategy for engineering roles by conducting in-depth intake sessions with hiring managers. You'll gather key position requirements and provide data-driven insights to guide effective talent acquisition decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed discussions with stakeholders to define role criteria and align on hiring goals using current market intelligence.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal teams to meet talent demands.
- Assess candidates thoroughly, ensuring strong alignment with technical and cultural requirements while building sustainable talent pipelines.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Advise on offer structuring by applying compensation benchmarks and market trends in coordination with leadership.
- Support and guide junior recruiters, fostering professional growth and strengthening team capabilities.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Proven background in recruiting for software and hardware engineering positions.
- Available to work during standard Central Standard Time business hours (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
- Must be based in Mexico and able to work remotely.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition within major technology firms is a plus.
