Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and refine backend components using current server-side technologies to ensure systems are scalable and maintainable.
- Create and improve software tools that streamline intricate compliance processes for organizations of varying scales.
- Work hand-in-hand with product leads, designers, and engineering peers in compact agile groups of 5 to 7 members to shape and deliver features.
- Maintain code quality, security, and efficiency through thorough peer reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Take ownership of solution design and system architecture, prioritizing speed, dependability, and end-user experience.
- Support strategic technical planning by identifying innovation opportunities and advancing development practices.
- Guide junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning and high engineering standards.
