What You’ll Do
- Analyze functional and technical requirements to define test scope and prioritize critical test coverage areas.
- Create and maintain robust automation plans, test scenarios, and reliable test scripts that catch defects early.
- Develop fast, stable automated tests for both API and UI layers that integrate seamlessly into CI pipelines.
- Keep test suites up to date with evolving product features and continuously improve their performance and accuracy.
- Enhance the automation framework by introducing new tools and optimizations to speed up test execution and maintenance.
- Provide clear, actionable insights on product quality to support confident release decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in test automation and software development.
- Proficiency in Java and experience with TestNG, Selenide, Retrofit, and test management systems.
- Proven ability to design and maintain automated tests for both API and user interface layers.
- A proactive mindset with strong ownership and a drive to improve testing processes and tooling.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, particularly in payments, billing, or transaction processing.
- Background in testing integrations with external service providers.
