About the Role
This position supports technical consulting activities by working closely with clients and internal teams to implement and troubleshoot solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in configuring and deploying technical solutions for clients
- Collaborate with senior consultants to interpret client requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during implementation phases
- Document technical processes and client-specific configurations
- Support data integration and validation across platforms
- Participate in testing procedures to ensure solution accuracy
- Communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders
- Follow established methodologies for project delivery
- Maintain awareness of product updates and system enhancements
- Provide input during design and planning sessions
- Assist in training clients on new tools and features
- Track and report progress on assigned tasks
- Adhere to security and compliance standards
- Work within cross-functional teams to meet project timelines
- Support post-deployment reviews and knowledge transfer
Nice to Have
- Coursework or projects involving enterprise software
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON
- Exposure to Salesforce or similar platforms
- Internship experience in a technical consulting role
