Key Responsibilities
- Guide partner organizations through the implementation of initiatives designed to create measurable improvements in public wellbeing.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions to align stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
- Develop clear, compelling reports, presentations, and communication materials for clients and partners.
- Strengthen relationships across teams and geographies by supporting collaboration, problem-solving, and shared learning.
- Promote a culture grounded in continuous learning, accountability, and collective progress.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in public policy, public health, economics, or a related field is preferred, though relevant professional experience may be considered in place of formal education. You must be based in Japan and have existing work authorization. Strong proficiency in both Japanese and English is essential for effective communication.
Experience in project or stakeholder management—particularly in multi-party environments—is highly valued. Familiarity with spreadsheets and presentation tools is required for data analysis and client deliverables.
