The selected candidate will contribute to data science initiatives by building computational tools, analyzing scientific data, and supporting research teams in extracting insights from large-scale experiments and simulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data analysis algorithms and workflows
- Collaborate with domain scientists to interpret complex datasets
- Design and maintain scalable computational pipelines
- Apply machine learning techniques to scientific problems
- Optimize code for high-performance computing environments
- Contribute to the development of data management strategies
- Support the integration of diverse data sources
- Document methods and results for reproducibility
- Participate in team meetings and technical discussions
- Present findings to internal research groups
- Stay current with advancements in computational methods
- Assist in writing technical reports and publications
- Troubleshoot computational issues in data processing
- Ensure data integrity and quality control
- Work with large-scale simulation and experimental data

- Master's degree in a computational or scientific discipline
